RemodeLA grew out of a family tradition of construction and remodeling. A small team that turned into a full home improvement company without losing the part that mattered. You deal with the people doing the work, not a call center.
Every service on this site earns its place by reducing a bill. Cooling, water heating, irrigation, lighting. We publish the research behind each claim and we name the measures where the saving is small, because a contractor who oversells the easy ones cannot be trusted on the expensive ones.

Cooling, water heating, lighting, irrigation. Whoever is on your roof, the licence, the permit and the responsibility are ours, so there is nobody for you to chase and nobody to point at anyone else.
Cooling is the biggest electricity line in most inland LA homes. A right-sized high-efficiency system cuts it, and we size it to the house rather than to the old label.
A reflective ceramic coating up to 20 times thicker than paint. It waterproofs the wall, reflects heat instead of absorbing it, and ends the repaint cycle.
Dual-pane Low-E glass that cuts afternoon heat gain, glare and street noise. LADWP pays $2 a square foot, and we will be straight with you about the payback.
Built to stay dry, and specified so the water you save is also hot water you never paid to heat. Waterproofing you can see photographed before it is covered.
